The Service is provided by KreatorFlow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16420097). synts.ai is a trading name of KreatorFlow Ltd. Any contract you enter into when using the Service is with KreatorFlow Ltd. By accessing or using synts.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
synts.ai provides AI-powered image and video generation tools, including but not limited to text-to-image, image-to-video, face swap, lip sync, and character consistency features. The Platform operates on a credit-based pricing model.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Paid plans: You retain full ownership and commercial rights to content generated using your credits on a paid subscription. You may use generated content for any lawful purpose including commercial use, marketing, products, and resale.
Free tier: Content generated on the free tier is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. synts.ai retains a licence to use free-tier content for platform improvement and promotional purposes.
As a paid subscriber, you are the one making the creative decisions — choosing prompts, selecting parameters, and directing the output. You are treated as the author of your generated content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create using synts.ai and how you use it. You must ensure your content does not:

Credits are purchased through subscription plans. Credits do not expire while your subscription is active. All prices are displayed in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew at the applicable renewal price displayed at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if no credits have been used.
You may not use the Platform to: attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models; circumvent usage limits or safety systems; resell API access without authorisation; generate content that violates applicable laws; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or its infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KreatorFlow Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where KreatorFlow Ltd is incorporated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
