The service provider is KreatorFlow Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16420097). By accessing synts.ai, you consent to these terms. Disagreement means you should not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

The platform offers AI-powered image and video generation tools, including but not limited to text-to-image, image-to-video, face swap, lip sync, and character consistency features. It operates using a credit system.

3. User Accounts

Provide truthful account information and maintain credential security. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

Paid plans: You possess full ownership and commercial rights to generated content and may use it for lawful purposes including commercial applications.

Free tier: Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. The platform retains licensing rights for improvement and promotion.

Paid subscribers are treated as authors of their generated content.

5. User Responsibility

You bear sole responsibility for created content and must ensure it does not infringe rights, defame others, violate laws, or create non-consensual intimate imagery.

6. Credits & Billing

Credits remain valid during active subscription. All pricing appears in USD. Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 24 hours if no credits were consumed.

7. Prohibited Uses

You cannot reverse-engineer models, bypass limitations, resell access without authorization, generate illegal content, or disrupt the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to amounts paid within the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Account suspension or termination occurs for violations; unused credits are forfeited.

10. Governing Law

Disputes follow applicable law in KreatorFlow Ltd's jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Updates occur periodically with notification via email or platform notice.
